"Track My Order" from within our online bespoke shopping cart or by clicking,

Order Status” from the website.

It allows you to track your order from as soon as your unique pattern hit's the cutting table.

*Please do note you will need to have registered for an online custom account to track your order & receive order notifications.




How long will my order take to be made?

We offer 3 cutting options:

1). Our standard cutting time is 8 weeks, depending on the time of the year.

2). We offer a fast track cutting time of 4 weeks, this is a chargeable service.

3). We recommend 12 weeks + for all wedding orders.


*Each order is allotted an individual cutting slot dependent on the volume of garments being cut at the time of order. Cutting time is from allotted slot to completion.

All orders are none refundable after our initial holding period of 24 hours.

Make sure you plan more time during our busier periods.  *We advice 12 Weeks during the busier cutting periods.

Can I Fast Track My Order?

Yes we can speed up your order.

We do offer a fast track cutting service dependent on the time of year and how many orders are on the cutting table.

To purchase a fast track cutting slot click the green button.

*Yes Fast Track cutting can be added after placing your initial order dropping you to the front of the cutting queue allowing you to attend that last minute function.



Status Updates

Can I track my order via my smart phone?

Yes you can, you can easily track your order on your mobile, ipad, laptop or desktop. You will only need your order number & email address to access order status.

Please allow up to 7 days for payment clearing & order tracking to be set up.
